Regent Seven Seas Cruises has been purchased by Apollo Management LP, a New York based investment group, which also owns Oceania Cruises. We do not expect any
changes in the cruise experience onboard RSSC’s ships. However, the new ownership will enable RSSC to grow and to build (a) new ship(s).

Seabourn Cruise Line offers cell phone service onboard their ships. If your cell phone supports GSM technology, you can now use your own cell phone and phone
number when the ships are at sea. Service provided by Wireless Maritime Services. Check with your local carrier, if they have a roaming agreement with WMS. In addition, GPRS data capable devices such as
Blackberrys are also supported.

Silversea Cruises announces plans for a new ship, scheduled for delivery in the 4th quarter of 2009.
She will be 36,000 GRT and hold 540 guests. The ship will be built at Fincantieri. There is also an option for a sister ship.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises joins Crystal Cruises, Silversea Cruises and SeaDream Yacht Cluband, and has changed its policy, with regard to final payments made by
credit card. If the final payment is made by credit card, RSSC will no longer accept an amount less than their “official fare”. They have implemented this policy with the aim to curb rebating. However,
Deluxe Voyages will continue to provide our clients with additional rebates. Our rebate will now be given back to you either as a shipboard credit
