About Us

Deluxe Voyages was founded in 2000 as a division of WOMA Inc., a Metro New Orleans travel agency since 1995, to specialize exclusively in discounted luxury cruise travel. In 2003, we moved to Portland, Oregon.

Deluxe Voyages is a proud member of Ensemble Travel, a consortium of over 1600 travel agencies in the US and Canada. We work very closely with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Silversea Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Cunard Line, Seabourn Cruise Line, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises and SeaDream Yacht Club. But we are also able to accommodate special requests for any other luxury cruise line or ship and/or yacht charters.

At Deluxe Voyages, our goal is to match you with the right ship/cruise line to accommodate your needs, to make the booking process for you as easy and worry free as possible, to provide you with the absolute best customer service before, during and after your cruise, and to offer you all this at the absolute minimum price possible.

Policies

• Deluxe Voyages, as opposed to most other travel agencies, does not assess any service fees for booking a cruise, for any subsequent changes or even for cancellations. However, in extraordinary circumstances, we reserve the right to assess a service fee, if we need to spend an excessive amount of time on an individual reservation. We also have to pass on to our clients service fees and penalties assessed by cruise lines, airlines, tour operators and other companies providing travel products.
   
• All credit card payments made by our clients as payments towards a cruise are called/faxed directly to the cruise lines, airlines, tour operators and other companies providing travel products (these companies being the merchants).
   
• Due to ever changing travel documentation requirements in destination countries for travelers of different citizenship, we will only be able to advise our clients of the requirements for US/Canadian citizens. It is the client’s responsibility to be in possession of all required travel documents before commencement of travel, or face the risk of being denied boarding, without any refunds. (Travel documents such as, but not limited to, passports, visas, health and vaccination certificates, etc.)  We cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from denial of boarding due to required but missing travel documents.
   
• Deluxe Voyages is working strictly as an agent for you, our client. Although we receive our commission from the cruise lines or other companies providing travel products, for bookings made, Deluxe Voyages has no ownership or interest in any cruise line or other company providing travel products. As such, Deluxe Voyages is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by our clients during their travel. Our liability for damages and losses incurred by our clients before the actual travel date, that are a result of errors and/or omissions on our part, is limited to the amount of deposit, required for our clients’ cruise, or any penalty/service fee assessed by the cruise line, or any other involved provider of travel products, if such penalties/service fees are the result of errors and/or omissions on our part.
   
• Deluxe Voyages will not initiate any form of communication with clients for the purpose of solicitation of future travel (sales calls, e-mail specials, direct mail advertisement or in any other form), unless specifically requested by the client.
   
• Deluxe Voyages reserves the right to change or amend any of its policies and to add new policies, without notifying every individual client. New or amended policies will be active after they have been published on our web site for more than 7 days.

Confidentiality Statement

Personal client data (including, but not limited to credit card information, address, phone numbers, e-mail address and others) will never be shared with, or sold to, anybody outside Deluxe Voyages, except cruise lines and other suppliers of travel products (including travel insurance companies), and then only to the extent required by those suppliers to facilitate our clients’ reservations. This promise of strictest confidentiality of our clients’ data does not bind Deluxe Voyages in case we are legally forced to divulge clients’ data to official agencies.
