It has come to our attention that credit card payments processed by Regent Seven Seas Cruises sometimes incur “foreign transaction fees” assessed by the card holders’ banks. This is due to their processing bank processing the charges in Ireland. We urge all our clients to check their credit card statements with regard to such fees. Regent Seven Seas Cruises will refund these fees, upon request.

will no longer accept an amount less than their “official fare”, if the final payment is made by credit card. They have implemented this policy with the aim to curb rebating. However, Deluxe Voyages will continue to provide our clients with additional rebates. Our rebate will now be given back to you either as a shipboard credit or in form of a refund check.
